This series revisits major fictional films that changed the way we see the world. They explore interconnected themes with great ambition, philosophical depth, and poetry: biodiversity, climate change, consumerism, eco-anxiety.

Luc Ferrandez will present the film, and it will be Folowed by a discussion about eco-anxiety with Laure Waridel.

October 11, 7pm - Silent Running

Folowed by a discussion about the importance of climate activism with people from Extinction Rebellion (Elza Kephart) and also La Planète s’invite à l’université (Marouane Joundi & Léa Ilardo).

October 16, 6:45pm - Soylent Green

Folowed by a discussion about the future of food, veganism and the causes of drawing on natural resources like overpopulation with Bernard Lavallée (Nutritionniste urbain) & Caroline Huard (Loounie, vegan recipes creator).
