Can I buy a booklet of tickets for the online movies of my choice?

No. We offer pre-selected discounted section bundle to allow festivalgoers to discover different sections of the program. A bundle includes all the films in one section that are available online. You cannot create an à la carte bundle, since the platform unfortunately does not offer this feature.

Will there be a physical box office this year?

To limit physical contact and align with government social distancing directives, the FNC box office will be entirely digital in 2020, even for screenings at the drive-in.

What measures are in place to ensure health and safety during physical screenings?

The measures put in place by the Festival are detailed on this page.

I’m showing symptoms of COVID-19 and I’ve already got a ticket for an in-theatre screening. What should I do?

• For everyone’s safety, please stay home if you:
- Have symptoms of COVID-19 (extreme fatigue, dry cough, fever).
- Have travelled outside Canada in the last 14 days.
- Have been in contact with a potential carrier of the disease.
- Are waiting for your test results.
These rules also apply to our employees and volunteers.

If you match any of these criteria and would still like to enjoy the Festival, you can exchange your physical ticket for a valid online one by emailing [email protected] at least 6 hours before the scheduled screening.

Who do I contact for assistance?

If you still have questions, email [email protected]. If you’d prefer to speak to someone over the phone, state this in your email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
